At Language Connections we know that life can get in your way and we are flexible and are willing to work along side you to provide a bespoke and tailored service.

Therefore, if you are attending a group course, you can let us know the day you will not be able to attend and you will make up the missed lesson by attending another class of the same level in the same or following weeks of the term. Teachers will let you know other days and times and you will choose according to your convenience. If, on the other hand, you are taking 1:1 lessons, you should let us know at least 48 hours’ before the lesson and your class can be rescheduled at a time suitable for you.

The same will happen in case your teacher will not be able to attend a lesson. You will be informed at least one week before or within a reasonable timeframe (for emergencies) with the specifics of lesson to be rescheduled.

Please ensure that all payments are made before the course starts to be able to attend the course. Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the zoom link you will use to attend the term lessons.
